“After about 6 months in the gym starting out on my own, my body wasn’t changing much, and I was dealing with lower back, shoulder, and elbow pain. I started working with Dan, and he took me through a movement assessment and wrote me a program specific to my needs and goals. Right from the start, I learned about mobility and how much I was lacking that was causing me pain. I also realized how improper a lot of my exercise techniques were, and that overtraining was actually stalling my progress. Dan provided detailed video demonstrations and we started doing routine check-ins.

Around the same time, I had started TRT with a local men’s clinic, but I was dealing with a lot of side effects. Dan suggested lab tests that were far more in-depth than any doctor had called for and even coordinated with my provider to help me “dial in” my TRT protocol after explaining things to me that no one had ever even mentioned. He also provided a nutrition plan with exact macros, what foods to eat, and what supplements to take.

Within a couple months of working with Dan, all of my pain was gone, I was finally starting to see some serious gains, and my strength was increasing weekly. Dan is now also in-charge of my TRT protocol, and I look and feel the best I ever have.
